Power Logic Begins to Prevail,

... when those involved frame their views of the world differently— a process that does not inevitably occur, since even in power structures, those who are dependent retain at least some inner capacity to resist. However, when individual actors can impose their will against all resistance, this fosters and/or reinforces power-based thinking. The more unequal a society, the more likely it is that power-based thinking will prevail.
